Job responsibilities:
Customer service via phone, email and chat
Sales and follow-up of memberships and services
Guidance and support in the use of our systems and products
Contribute to good customer experiences and effective problem solving
Collaboration across teams to ensure the best possible service

Qualifications and characteristics:
Good communication skills and enjoy customer contact
Service-minded, solution-oriented and structured
Experience from customer service, sales or similar work is an advantage
Comfortable with the telephone as a work tool - no fear of the telephone
Thrives with a fast work pace and varied tasks
Technical interest and/or competence
Good skills in using PC and digital tools
Good command of Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
